Marlboro Psychiatric

I was recently sent some photos of the abandoned-not-really abandoned Marlboro psychiatric facility. I’ll be posting more info about this location shortly. For now, enjoy these photos.

well just as a little tip to you people who think you will get arrested you wont….there were no police when we went in….i was just there last night. all you have to do is park in the development right next to it walk back to the culdasac or whatever its spelling is and walk through the woods into the hols in the fence…make a left and follow the path and you are home free

Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to get into the hospital for a while now, but haven’t had any luck. I hear so many different stories about people getting caught, but then I hear stories of people getting in with no problem. I went once and pulled in the main entrance (stupid mistake) and the officer was about to arrest me.. I want to go investigate this place sooo badly! If anyone is going or has been there successfully, please let me know. It would be much appreciated! 😀

there was a fire there 2 mos ago, so… whatever was there… is gone. or at least some of it is. you’re not likely to get in now as I imagine security is tighter. Fires usually seal the fates of places like this.

if u want to get to the insane asylum with no problems i highley suggest u follow these instructions, if you are on route 34, goin from colts neck towards marlboro, u go down until u come to county road 520, make a left and go down about a mile and on your left is amsterdam road, this is where you will park your car. u might have to take a quick 20 minute walk but parking any closer is pretty sketchy. if u are staring at 520 from amsterdam, make a left and walk up the hill to the first light, and make a right onto conover road, and take that down until u see “New Hope Foundation” and “Discovery Institute” on your right hand side. the building are huge so u cant miss it. from there walk down a little further until u see a white house about 100 feet up on the right, theres going to be a fence on the left hand side. its not the fence with the gate with a hole in it, if u see that, than walk a little further and youll see the other fence. hop that, than hop the second fence about 10 feet behind it, than follow the trail for about 5 to 10 minutes and a building will become visible. from there, u should be able to explore without any issues.

i just wanted to inform everyone that the marlboro insane asylum is NOT for sale, i have talked to the security officers there and have been inside. Also, the cops drive around inside with night vision cameras and arrest everyone. if it wasnt for my uncle being a cop i would be in jail right now.
