All across NJ there are historic black cemeteries, Many in poor condition

I’m involved now in a project to restore a 1800’s AME Mt. Pisgah cemetery in Elsinboro Twp NJ. It is a embarrasment what kind of shape I found it. The African Americans that are buried here were involved with or have family involved with the Underground Railroad or Veterans of all the wars including the Civil War.
